·          Upon booking / paying a deposit for your buildings we can only confirm the week commencing date for your delivery. Although every effort will be made to give you an estimated date, this date cannot be guaranteed and is subject to change.

·          A confirmed date for delivery will only be given on the previous Friday before the week of delivery commences.

·          Delivery / installations must be undertaken once you have received a confirmed date and cannot be postponed outside the specified week.

·          Bookings are made by counties not postcodes. 

·          Redmire Stables ltd reserves the right to alter the delivery date after a confirmed date has been given should changes in the delivery schedule occur due to weather or access issues that have occurred during the previous days working schedule.

·          Payment for buildings purchased under any offer still fall within our normal conditions of sale

PARTIAL BUILDS
(This offer excludes Mobile Field Shelters) 

Some stable companies offer large discounts for collection & self build units. We can do the same , but have you considered a Partial Build? 
In this instance we can offer great savings and you won’t have all the transport issues or heavy lifting.
We can deliver the building and install the heaviest items so that you can finish the building process with ease.
We will install the sections ( walls of the unit) , roof trusses, purlins and ensure the building is sat squarely on your pre–prepared concrete base.

Delivery only or partial builds are not for everyone though. Although we can supply instructions you will be using hammers, power tools and ladders, so care must be taken when completing your order.
We still won’t be able to offer a guarantee on the work you have undertaken yourselves, but we can ensure that the heaviest and most important structural components have been installed correctly.
With this in mind you may have to be slightly flexible when it comes to the date of the installation.

All quotations for partial builds are done individually, so on some occasions you may have to wait two or three days for your confirmed quotation.

“TRADE-IN” YOUR OLD STABLES
(Excludes Mobile Field Shelters)
We can offer (subject to conditions) the option of using your existing stables as partial deposit for your new stables or associated buildings.
We’ll dismantle and remove your old stables/ timber buildings and leave the area ready for your builder to complete any necessary ground-works. This not only makes savings in respect of your groundwork’s budget as it will cost to have your old buildings removed, but saves you further costs with your new stables.
Further details are available on this offer but we have outlined some of the most important points below -

 Prior to the buildings being dismantled –
·         Your stables / timber buildings are located in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex or Kent
·         All buildings must be fully cleared out of all items / shavings, including rubber matting.
·         Any shelving or additions to the original design must be removed
·         All electrical wiring and lights must be removed
·         Any plumbing must be disconnected and capped off
·         Vehicle ( lorry ) access must be to the front or end of the buildings

PRICE MATCH
You may find that another stable company will offer to match our specification for a lesser price but please be aware there are a number of factors to consider.
For any company to give you a matching quotation based on the same specification then they must have sight of the actual quotation and vice-versa.
There are no guarantees that we can match the price, but we can give you a full breakdown of where the differences are so you may make a fully informed decision.
Where some aspects of another companies design will perform the same function using different materials, we will confirm this, should this be the case.
