Partial Builds

 Partial Builds are designed to save you money. 2010 is a time for saving money where you can, so if you're keen at DIY why not give a partial build a try.
(All quotations for partial builds are done individually so on some occasions you may have to wait two or three days for your confirmed quotation)

Should you be confident to continue the erection of your timber building after we have delivered and installed the heaviest items, then partial builds may be of interest. It can offer great savings and you wont have all the transport issues or heavy lifting associated with a self-build.
We will install the sections (walls of the unit), roof trusses, purlins and ensure the building is sat square on your pre-prepared concrete base. We will then leave you with full instructions on how to complete the rest of your build.
We will still require the same access to the site as a complete build, and the remaining balance payment on the order will still need to be paid at the end of the partial build.
Delivery only or partial builds are not for everyone though. Although we can supply instructions you will still be using hammers, power tools and ladders so care must be taken when completing your order.

We wont be able to offer a guarantee on the work you have undertaken yourselves, but we can ensure that the heaviest and most important components have been installed correctly.
