Cladding
16 x 120mm overlap shiplap fixed with 38mm triple life sheridized ring-shanked nails. Rainwater skirt fitted to all backs and end walls to prevent water ingression at base of partitions.

Framework
Constructed of 75 x 47mm sawn timber with vertical studwork at approx 600mm centres. Wind bracing fitted on all unlined structures.

Fixing To Base
Bolted to base by galvanised strapping at approximately 1.2m centres directly into concrete base. Further brackets used both sides of all door apertures.

Door Frames & Openings
Double uprights (94 x 75mm) at either side of all door openings. Door height is 2130mm including single course of brickwork. Stable door-opening width – 1100mm. Tack / Feed room – 810mm. Barn door openings 2100mm or 2400mm.

Internal Lining
Stables are kick-boarded to 1.22m high as standard with 12mm exterior grade plywood. Dividing partitions are also lined in 12mm plywood to eaves height (2.2m) on the one side. All plywood finished with golden brown treatment.

Windows
600 x 600 x 4mm sliding perspex window fitted to front elevation. Three timber bars fitted to inside of window opening. Similar size window fitted to rear wall of corner boxes as standard.

Doors (Stables)
1100 x 2130 x 56mm fitted with the following:
• Clad with 150 x 22mm V jointed tongue & grooved planed timber
• 200 x 25mm ledged & braced framework
• All ironmongery is hot dipped galvanised
• All chew strips manufactured with 15mm dia corners
• 600mm heavy duty Tee hinges
• 50mm chew strip to top of bottom door
• Lined internally with 9mm exterior grade plywood
• 200mm brenton bolt to bottom door
• Kick-over latch
• 112mm oval pad bolt to top door
• 150mm cabin hooks to both parts
• Bottom door height – 1270mm

Doors (Tack / Feed Room)
810 x 2130mm high

Doors (Hay Barn / Garage) (optional)
2100 or 2400mm wide by 2130mm high

• Six 600mm hook & band hinges per set of doors
• One 200mm brenton bolt
• Two 150mm cabin hooks per set of doors
• Securing inside of door set - 150mm top spring bolt with 300mm heavy-duty floor drilled into concrete

Overhang / Canopy
The Overhang is 0.925m plus guttering. Optional lining of the overhang with 16 x 120mm overlap shiplap timber is available.

Roofing Structure
Standard 3.6m depth building with 0.925m overhang, ridge height is 3.0m not inc single course of brickwork. The sawn purlins are 100 x 47mm to 125 x 47mm dependent on width of building. Trusses constructed of 75 x 47mm sawn timbers. All trusses fixed to partitions by way of 100mm or 150mm timber-lock screws.

Roofing Finishes
Standard roofing finish is P6 corrugated cement with Galvanised steel ridges. Alternative colours are available at an additional cost.

Guttering
112mm black Upvc gutters fitted with 68mm down pipes to front only. Rear guttering available at an additional cost.

Tack Rooms / Feed Rooms
Unlined but includes wind bracing. Adjacent trusses lined with 12mm plywood internally. No windows or clear roof sheets supplied. Full lining is available at an additional cost.

Treatment – Exterior Finish
All timbers with exception of any sheet material are vacuum pressure impregnated treated with permawood 1704 preservative manufactured to BS8417 table 9. Standard colour finish is indicated within the relevant brochure.

Due to the mass production facilities and therefore competitive pricing policy of the Haven Range, the buildings are only available in the standard pressure treated colour finish.

Installations
The Haven range has an advantage of a significant amount of pre-manufacturing before delivery to site. A two-day break is recommended before subsequent contractors are allowed to fit other services. All installation schedules are estimated. Due to the mass production facilities and therefore competitive pricing policy of the Haven Range, these buildings are only available within certain areas. Check delivery region map for relevant installation areas.
