	Rainwater skirt A dpm skirt is fitted which hangs below the last board and forms an effective barrier against water ingression between the section and the brickwork (not fitted on front sections underneath overhang).
	Bolting down straps Building is secured to the concrete base by way of galvanised straps. These are nailed to uprights in the framework and fixed down to the base by way of expansion bolt.
	12mm Wisa ply kickboards All stables, pony boxes, and foaling boxes are lined to 1.22m with Wisa ply.
	Part louvred window A 600x900mm joinery grade window is fitted to the front elevation of all loose boxes. Top section is ventilated with fixed louvres and lower half glazed with 4mm acrylic. Protected internally with internal steel mesh.
	Corner Box window All corner boxes are fitted with a single window in a rear wall
	Cover strips All section joints have cover strips are fitted
	Top Door Frame Protection All stables, pony boxes, foaling boxes and corner boxes have top door frame protection fitted as standard - includes inside edge protection for top door as shown.
	Metal framed tack room door Tack room doors with full door frame protection. Three hook and band hinges are used internally to hinge the door.
	Keyed cylinder Lock Tack room door comes supplied with a keyed cylinder lock.
	Overhang (with overhang lining) Overhang is at 1200mm and comes supplied with overhang lining
	Pre-fabricated metal joist hangars All purlins are fitted using metal joist hangars.
	Tack Room fully lined Tack room comes fully lined in 12mm ply with all trusses boarded. Purlins are boarded with 11mm OSB prior to roofing being fitted.
	Clear roof sheet A clear roof sheet is fitted in the reverse roof pitch in all loose boxes and hay barns (not supplied in tack rooms due to security reasons).
	Hook and band hinges All doors come with hook and band hinges
	Black Onduline with galvanised ridge Standard roof finish is black Onduline with . Matching black Onduline ridge galvanised ridge is also available on request. Alternative grey cement fibre roofing with galvanised ridge is also available on request at no extra charge.
	Front and back guttering Guttering is supplied to front and rear elevations. Fascia boards also supplied and fitted.
