Architectural Plan Service

We are able to provide an in-house Architectural Plans Service to assist with your planning application for stables and buildings. Working alongside the Sales Team, our planning staff are able to offer the following drawings:

Architectural Plans, comprising:

  • Plan View at 1:50 or 1:100
  • Section View
  • Elevations at 1:50 or 1:100
  • Key Plan at 1:1250 or 1:2500
  • Site Plan at 1:500
  • Specification Notes
  • Procurement on your behalf of an up to date Ordnance Survey plan of your property and paddocks. We only use the latest maps direct from OS, ensuring your plans are displaying the latest maps available.

Architectural Plan

Brickwork and Sleeper Plans:

  • Using the latest CAD technology, we can provide the most accurate brick specification drawings for your groundwork contractor or builder.

3D Impression Sketches:

  • Using 3D modelling software, we are able to provide an accurately scaled and proportioned "artists impression" of how your ideas may look in reality. Completed 3D models can be viewed from any angle and include ambient light sourcing to plan for shadows and sun traps. Textures can be added to reflect the difference in character between roofings types and wood colouring.

Price - £95.00 inc Vat.  (First set is refundable against your order for buildings.  Chargeable thereafter.)

Redesign of complete Plans at client’s request - £95.00 inc Vat.

Amendment of Plans (per hour) - £40.00 inc Vat.

Reprint of Plans (per copy) - £3.00 inc Vat.
