Vehicle access
We will ask about the access to your site to ascertain how close to the base / site we can get with our vehicles. This helps us establish the type of vehicle to send to you.

Directions to your site address
We require directions from either the nearest motorway junction or village / landmark.

Who will be there to greet the installation team
The installation team will need to know who to talk to regarding any questions that may arise from either party during the course of the installation. They will call approximately 30 minutes prior to their arrival, and will give their best estimate of their arrival time.

Careful site access planning avoids this situation. Unfortunately, this was the only way for our lorry to reach the erection site. Obviously, our customer WAS made aware of the pitfalls of driving a 7.5 tonne lorry on their lawn before we proceeded.

Site conditions
To prevent any issues arising on the day, we need to ascertain whether any part will have to be carried any distance, or across ditches and gateways. Carrying will add time to the installation so we must know what to expect before we arrive. Additional charges will be levied in certain circumstances.

Site preparation updates
We may call to ask how your site preparations are progressing. Such information is crucial as postponement due to lack of communication may cause problems with your order. If you know of any impending delays, please contact us so we can amend our arrangements and schedules. Extra charges may apply if we are not informed of delays that subsequently disrupt our construction / delivery schedule.

Further Charges for delays to work schedule
We require seven calendar days notice prior to the delivery date of any delays that will compromise the delivery date within the schedule. The basic charge of any delay is £350.00 plus VAT per day. This charge applies to every day of your pre-booked schedule. For example two days within schedule amounts to £700.00 plus VAT. We will make every effort to avoid this charge being levied.

After sales care
After your building(s) are erected / delivered, you will receive your payment receipt along with a questionnaire regarding our service. Please take time to complete this and post back to us in the pre–paid envelope provided. All questionnaires are acted upon should the need arise. Feedback, be it positive or negative is always beneficial, and praise is always passed on.
